CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made in less than 24 hours of the scheduled service start time will forfeit their deposit due to not being able to fill that spot on short notice. If you have not arrived after 21mins of your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a late cancellation and my cancellation policy will apply. No shows will forfeit their deposit and 30% of the missed appointment will be due before rebooking. No-shows can be banned from booking future appointments. I understand life happens and things come up; I will do my best to work with my clients but please remember that this is my livelihood as well. 😊
